My grandfather, Ilko Elias BASIUK, became a member of the K.U.K. Ulanenregiment Graf Paar No. 13 (Zloczow) in 1902. He was a resident of Uhryn, Czortkiw, Galicia at that time. His papers indicate that his records should be in Grundbuchblatt Nr. 300. Can you tell me where I can access information found in this Grundbuchblatt?
