Hello Annette, My father's name is Henry Zekoll, his parents were: George Zekoll, born 10/23/1873 in Moos, Gottschee, Austria, died 11/31/1964 in NJ, and Maria Schutte, of Underdeutchau, Gottchee, Austria. George's parents were: Paul Zekoll, a tavernkeeper & winemaker and Lena Anderkohl. George's wife, Maria Schutte's parents were: Peter Schutte, a stage coach driver, and Maria Sterbentz.
Maria Sterbent's parents were Peter Sterbentz (who married at age 14) and Maria Jacklitch (age 20)
Do you have any information you can pass on to me? I would appreciate any that you or anyone else can give me on these names.
