Found this in the familienbuch film #1416537 of Tschermoschnitz. It has a part called Proklamationen:

Johan Zekoll born 14 Jan 1883 Moos 22, Reig of Johan Zekoll and Helena Schneider
married 22 Sep 1907 in Topliz
Johanna Prvinec born 4 Dec 1882 of Sela 10 Topliz of Anton Prvinec & Theresia Fink
