I was really surprised to hear of Jeff's death. "BonBon" and I doubled for the senior prom with Jeff's friend Carl. The four of us had lots of laughs together. It was a fun and memorable time for us all. I send my prayers to his family and friends. I'm sorry for your loss. Rebecca

I was sad to see that Jeff had died. I often wondered about him. We met at a Halloween haunted house. I remember his quick wit and he could always make me laugh. He had a great time teasing my mother. He and I went to my highschool senior prom together in a little volkswagon bug. My sympathy to his family.

Can't believe it's been a year since you left us. In the past year I have remembered even more of the good times we had. The other night I played the VHS of our jam session wiht Frank and Mike, we sounded great. Wherever you are Jeff...you are a homeowner!

I have many fond memories of Jeff. Jeff and I grew up together, spending grades 1 through 12 at St. Mary of the Mount. I remember his dad taking Jeff, myself and few other boys out for dinner and a movie for his birthday in the 2nd grade; him singing “Shortenin’ Bread” at the 5th grade talent contest; him dressing in total Irish attire every March 17th for St. Patrick’s Day; and cruising summer nights in his dad’s big Chevy wagon, which he affectionately called the “Silver Bullet”. I remember him borrowing his brother’s 64 Olds, and the tranny letting go on the North Side. The only gear that worked was reverse, so Jeff drove it across the West End bridge, backwards, 40 mph! We were OK until we got to the traffic circle, where he managed to land it on the median. Jeff, myself and Bob Zelleznick shared something special … we had a high school garage band; Jeff played drums. I remember him buying his drum kit in 10th grade second hand from another kid in the neighborhood, and how he worked hard at the incline so he could buy cymbals. Jeff and I would sit in English class and write up song lists, and dream of the day we would become big rock stars. We thought we were the greatest (no one had the nerve to tell us just how bad we sounded!). Gosh, Mrs. Nolan was a saint for putting up with our practice sessions. A few years ago I jammed with Jeff and Helmuth at Jeff’s house; it is a time that I will always cherish. Every time I play my guitar, I think of Jeff’s warm smile, his corny jokes, and those high school years. Jeff, I miss you old buddy. - Frank

Uncle Jeff let me go into his pool. It was fun. Uncle Jeff was a funny guy and he was a big fan of hockey.

When we both worked in USAir's group desk, Jeff and I went to Miami on a one-day cruise to mark the launch of Carnival's ship "Celebration". This was the first time we spent a long period of time together. We were a bad influence on each other. Somewhere I have a picture of the two of us upon boarding. I will have to find it and scan it in.
